Due to the nature of beverage products, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted. Typically, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once a purchase has been made. ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUND
- To be eligible for a refund if the beverage items do not match your order or found defective upon receive. If you face this issue, please contact our customer service team at +8801755523881 or delivery person immediately to report. We will assist in resolving the problem.
- Refund to be processed, a valid receipt and the defective product must be returned to us. Return instructions will be provided upon approval of your refund request.
REFUND PROCESS:
- Our team will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 03 (three) working days.
OUTLET PURCHASE POLICY:

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:
- If you haven’t received a refund within the specified time frame after initiating refund, please check your bank account again and contact your card issuer bank or MFS.
